Question Paper Specific Instructions
कृपया प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने से पूर्व निम्नलिखित प्रत्येक अनुदेश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें: [Please read each of the following instructions carefully before attempting questions:]
(i) प्रवेश-पत्र में प्राधिकृत माध्यम में निबन्ध लिखना आवश्यक है तथा इस माध्यम का स्पष्ट उल्लेख प्रश्न-सह-उत्तर (क्यू.सी.ए.) पुस्तिका के मुख पृष्ठ पर निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर करना आवश्यक है। प्राधिकृत माध्यम के अतिरिक्त अन्य किसी माध्यम में लिखे गए उत्तरों पर अंक नहीं दिए जाएँगे। [The ESSAY must be written in the medium authorized in the Admission Certificate which must be stated clearly on the cover of this Question-cum-Answer (QCA) Booklet in the space provided. No marks will be given for answers written in a medium other than the authorized one.]
(ii) प्रश्नों के उत्तर निर्दिष्ट शब्द-संख्या के अनुसार होने चाहिए। [Word limit, as specified, should be adhered to.]
(iii) प्रश्न-सह-उत्तर (क्यू.सी.ए.) पुस्तिका में खाली छोड़े गए किसी पृष्ठ अथवा पृष्ठ के भाग को पूर्णतः काट दीजिए। [Any page or portion of the page left blank in the Question-cum-Answer (QCA) Booklet must be clearly struck off.]
खंड A और B प्रत्येक से एक-एक विषय चुनकर दो निबंध लिखिए, जो प्रत्येक लगभग 1000-1200 शब्दों में हो: [Write two essays, choosing one topic from each of the Sections A and B, in about 1000-1200 words each: 125 x 2 = 250]
खण्ड – A / SECTION – A
(1) विवेक सत्य को खोज निकालता है [Wisdom finds truth]
(2) मूल्य वे नहीं जो मानवता है, बल्कि वे हैं जैसा मानवता को होना चाहिए [Values are not what humanity is, but what humanity ought to be]
(3) व्यक्ति के लिए जो सर्वश्रेष्ठ है, वह आवश्यक नहीं कि समाज के लिए भी हो [Best for an individual is not necessarily best for the society]
(4) स्वीकारोक्ति का साहस एवं सुधार करने की निष्ठा सफलता के दो मंत्र है [Courage to accept and dedication to improve are two keys to success]
खण्ड – B / SECTION – B
(5) दक्षिण एशियाई समाज सत्ता के आस-पास नहीं, बल्कि अपनी अनेक संस्कृतियों और विभिन्न पहचानों के ताने-बाने से बने हैं [South Asian societies are woven not around the state, but around their plural cultures and plural identities]
(6) प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा और शिक्षा की उपेक्षा भारत के पिछड़ेपन के कारण हैं [Neglect of primary health care and education in India are reasons for its backwardness]
(7) पक्षपातपूर्ण मीडिया भारत के लोकतंत्र के समक्ष एक वास्तविक खतरा है [Biased media is a real threat to Indian democracy]
(8) कृत्रिम बुद्धि का उत्थान भविष्य में बेरोजगारी का खतरा अथवा पुनकौशल और उच्चकौशल के माध्यम से बेहतर रोजगार के सृजन का अवसर [Rise of Artificial Intelligence: the threat of jobless future or better job opportunities through reskilling and upskilling]
